Best Barbeque Sandwiches/How to: save time with Jarred Garlic

I love barbeque sandwiches, and this recipe is a great one to make when you have friends over, because really, who doesn't like barbeque? Plus it smells soooo good cooking all day...

1 boneless picnic roast or boston butt (2 ish pounds...but it's not that particular, just whatever you have)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 t liquid smoke
1 bottle Kraft Original bbq sauce
1 package buns (I like Sara Lee wheat buns)

ok, a little explanation about the ingredients. First the garlic, I hate buying garlic cloves and taking forever to mince them, so like 6 months ago I bought this baby, pre-minced jarred garlic...
I love this stuff, it tastes great, and was like $3, I don't have to worry about chopping or throwing old cloves away, so I really recommend it, just ask somebody at your grocery store if they carry jarred garlic.
Now liquid smoke...it looks like this...
I assume its near the bbq sauce in the grocery store, this is like the secret ingredient in this stuff.
Lastly the Kraft Original bbq sauce. Now you can use whatever sauce you want really, some people say Sweet Baby Ray's is the only sauce they'll eat, but after making bbq over and over, this is the best sauce I've found, and we love it!
-Alright, toss your thawed roast or boston butt in your crock pot (If you don't have a crock pot, go buy one).
-Drizzle the liquid smoke over the meat, the sprinkle the garlic on top, like this...
-Then, cook on low for 7 hours, and enjoy the smells alllll daaayy lonnngg
-After the 7 hours, remove the roast from the pot, and discard all the cooking liquid left in there, then using your hand mixer/beaters, shred the meat. This is like a miracle...just turn on your beaters for like 30 seconds and the meat will just shred so easy.
-After this I like to run my (clean) hands through the meat to make sure I got out all the fat.
-Return the shredded meat to the crock pot, and add about 3/4 of the bottle of bbq sauce to the meat (you can add more or less, depending on how you like it) and stir to coat all of the meat.
-Cook for another hour on low, this is like the secret, it gets all those awesome flavors cooked in there, and also, the edges get kinda crispy, so when you mix it all up again, sometimes you get some delicious crunch! See what I'm talking about?

yummm look at that deliciousness!
